All state financial aid programs are for New Mexico residents attending New Mexico public postsecondary institutions, unless otherwise noted. You must first complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) |

New Mexico residents who graduated in the top 5% of their high school class or have a composite score of 25 on the ACT are eligible to apply. Applicants must have a combined family income of less than $30,000 per year. The award is a scholarship for tuition, books, and fees and is based on availability of funds. Student must complete the FAFSA |

Scholarship provides graduation New Mexico high school seniors and recent GED graduates 100% of tuition at New Mexico public institutions. Student must meet the following requirements to be eligible: *must be a New Mexico resident and have graduated from a New Mexico public high school, and accredited NM private high school, or have obtained a New Mexico GED. *must be enrolled full-time and complete 12 graded credit hours, at an eligible New Mexico public college, in the first regular semester immediately following their high school graduation. *must obtain a 2.5 (our of a 4.0 scale) GPA during the first college semester. Eligible students do not begin receiving the award until the second semester of a full-time enrollment. |

Legislative Endowment Scholarship Applicants must have substantial financial need. At two-year public institutions, students may receive up to $1,000 per award year. Enrollment of at least half time is required. The FAFSA is required to determine eligibility. |
